Edward A. Hadley founded Aero Legal Advocates, PLC in 2025. Aviation has been a part of his life since birth as the son of a corporate pilot and aircraft owner in West Tennessee. After graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1991 and Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1994, where he was a member of the Cumberland Law Review, he began his practice in Nashville defending hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice cases and representing clients in civil and commercial litigation matters. Soon, his practice expanded to small business and corporate transactions. As his practice grew, he began to merge his love of aviation with his career. Now, decades later, Mr. Hadley practices aviation law almost exclusively. He is an instrument rated, private pilot and currently flies a Cirrus SR22.

Mark Blount is a Juris Doctor graduate of Duke University School of Law, a member of the state bar associations of Georgia, Missouri, and Tennessee, and, most importantly, an FAA-certificated flight instructor and commercial pilot.
Mark has been practicing aviation law since joining North, Pursell, and Ramos, P.L.C., at the beginning of February of 2025, and has been an associate aviation attorney at Aero Legal Advocates, P.L.C. since its inception.
Throughout his time practicing aviation law, Mark has assisted clients with structuring aircraft transactions so as to minimize tax liability; successfully defending against Federal Aviation Administration enforcement actions; ensuring compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs); forming, merging, and dissolving entities; and with a wide range of civil matters.
Prior to entering the field of aviation law, Mark practiced zoning law, regularly engaging in complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
Mark’s favorite part of practicing the law is having the opportunity, with each and every case presented to him, to delve into the nuances and complexities of the law so as to understand the law as thoroughly and correctly as he possibly can so that he can ably and successfully represent his clients.
He also loves spending time speaking with clients in order to assist them with their matter as fully as possible.
